Supported Housing Team Leader (10.08.2018)

Location: Oak Tree House, Lancaster

Salary: £21-763 - £25,461 per annum (pro rata of £23,082 - £27,005), Salary Scale 22 - 27.


Hours: 33 hours per week working a mixture of early & late shifts between the hours of 7.00am & midnight, Monday to Sunday.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the support provision at  Oak Tree House, supporting and developing the staff team to meet the complex needs of our residents, by leading from example and from the front.  This work will include; support needs and risk assessing, casework reviews, reflective practice, staff supervisions/line management, liaising with local agencies and coordinating a multi-agency approach and specialist agency inreach to compliment our residents personalised support packages.   This role requires a committed, compassionate, innovative and flexible approach.
