Scheme Manager - Extra Care

Reference: AHA-374

Location: Butler Court, Miles Platting

Salary: £12,433 - £15,275 per annum (pro rata of £19,341 - £23,762)


Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. 22.5 hours per week.

Our Retirement Living Team is passionate about improving the quality of older people’s lives by providing an excellent standard of retirement apartments and Extra Care accommodation. We want people who are care as much as we do about delivering an excellent service to our customers and in return you will be joining an innovative forward thinking team that encourages and supports success.

To work closely with the independent living team, on site care team, health professionals, MCC and housing team to provide a quality Independent living extra care service for all our customers. 

This involves ensuring the health & well-being of our residents, promoting independent living and ensuring appropriate support is in place to sustain tenancies, ensuring building health & safety checks are completed in line with our policies as well as meeting the PFI targets outlined in the Mile Platting  PFI agreement.
