Location: Hazel Court & St Paul's Place, Bootle

Salary: £12,980 - £15,505 per annum (Pro rata of £18,172 - £21,708) Salary Scale 13-20


Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Our Retirement Living Team is passionate about improving the quality of older people’s lives by providing an excellent standard of retirement apartments and Extra Care accommodation. Hazel Court, Willow Court & St Paul’s Place are retirement living schemes for people over the age of 55. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and well-being of residents of these schemes by providing a quality service that reflects our professional standards. You will ensure the smooth day to day running of the scheme and liaise with all internal and external customers in a professional manner at all times. You will be responsible for carrying out health and safety inspections in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures, ensure files and records are kept up to date and organise and conduct regular scheme meetings with residents.
