On 25th July, the Jigsaw Rewards scrutiny panel on damp and condensation met in Leigh for a final time to finish their scrutiny exercise. The main purpose of the final meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the final report produced by the Chief Executive’s department, consider the recommendations, and add their own recommendations too. On Wednesday 27th June, the Jigsaw Rewards scrutiny panel on damp and condensation met at our Leigh office to continue their scrutiny.  The main purpose of the interim meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the interim report produced by the Chief Executive’s Department, and to challenge the findings.  Residents were also given the opportunity to determine which direction the rest of the investigation will go. We recently ran an Adactus500 survey to consult with members about their experience of using Web Chat.  Last year we successfully implemented new contact centre software, activating the Web Chat feature is the next phase of this project. Members were asked to give examples of when they had used web chat services and to rate their experience. A total of 56 respondents completed the survey.  Members told us they mostly use webchat for technical support or checking information, whilst requesting …

We are very happy to report that the Adactus500 Scrutiny exercise on the repairs process has been successfully completed. The scrutiny panel, made up of eight residents from across the Adactus Group, met over three meetings between April 2017 and July 2017 and produced a set of recommendations for our board members to consider. These recommendations, and the response to them from Adactus management, were presented to the performance, scrutiny and audit committee earlier this month.
