In 2015/16 we received 121 formal* complaints which we investigated as part of our complaints handling procedure. This represented a small increase from the previous year when we received 99 formal complaints. *A formal complaint arises when a customer raises their dissatisfaction with the relevant department and is not satisfied with their attempts to resolve the matter.
