I am in my sixth year of employment with Adactus.  I  work as part of a team upgrading central heating systems in properties across the North West.  We work in different tenants’ homes on a daily basis – this can be challenging, but we work quickly and efficiently to minimise any disruption to tenants.  I am proud of the high standard of gas safety we ensure when undertaking our work, and it gives me a great sense of achievement. I am one of two Tenancy Enforcement and Support Managers.  My team is  based in the Group’s Manchester office and deals with anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, domestic abuse and safeguarding issues. I manage five officers on the team.  This involves reviewing all the cases for the areas we cover (Manchester, Trafford, Cheshire, Wigan and Leigh areas) regularly and making sure that we provide the best possible ASB service for our residents. I really enjoy my role in the voids and lettings department; it is fast paced and therefore the days always seems to fly by. Six years ago I applied for a role because I wanted to return to work at the age of 43.
