Allpay – payment issues
Allpay recently experienced a nationwide problem regarding their Direct Debit payments. They have confirmed that this problem has been resolved and all customer refunds have been processed.
Allpay understands that some customers may have incurred bank charges as a result of duplicated direct debit payments and they will be able to offer a refund to cover these charges.
If you have been affected, please email Allpay email@example.com providing proof of the charges incurred and include your full name, address and tenancy number.
