During this time, we will not be able to book appointments for certain types of repairs.
If you have already reported a repair and want to know when your appointment is please do not call us, as you could be stopping someone getting through with a new emergency.
If your repair is not urgent or emergency, you can report it on our website or by emailing email@example.com or Register Online to Report a Repair with the added benefit of being able to monitor progress, receive up to date notifications and browse the history of previous repairs to your home, all in your own time 24/7.
