Over 2,000 people have found a home across the Group during the last 12 months. Our lettings team successfully managed to house 2,017 people. Recording a £15.8m surplus, the Group was able to invest not only into building more new homes but also in improving the condition of our existing ones. Adactus provides quality homes to new tenants. Last Wednesday, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on the repairs process met at our head office in Leigh to continue their scrutiny. The main purpose of the interim meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the interim report produced by our internal affairs team, and to challenge the findings. In addition to telling us how well we are doing, this information is used to highlight any improvements (or lack of) that result from service changes. We would like to reassure residents that the Group has in place strong fire safety arrangements for all of its properties, including tower blocks.
