As part of a new ground-breaking campaign, we are urging residents across Greater Manchester to get comfortable talking about domestic abuse. This is the quarterly review of anti-social behavior (ASB) activity reported to Adactus. The tenant scrutiny panel into ASB recommended the data are made available on our website. In the period July-September 2016, there were 518 individuals reported to us that were believed to be causing ASB or tenancy fraud (representing 426 cases as around a fifth had multiple perpetrators). A gardening project, facilitated by Breathe and the Adactus Hit Squad, has provided residents at Oak Tree House, our supported accommodation for over 25’s in Lancaster, with an opportunity to get their green thumbs out and get active in their community. Volunteers from Oak Tree House joined the Adactus Hit Squad to help out with a range of light gardening and outdoor maintenance activities to revitalise the communal garden spaces at Wesley House, an Adactus retirement living scheme in Lancaster.
