This review of anti-social behavior (ASB) activity reported to Adactus is for all cases for Quarter 3 (October-December 2015). The tenant scrutiny panel into ASB recommended the data are made available on our website. In the period October-December 2015, there were 372 individuals reported to us that were believed to be causing ASB and tenancy fraud (representing 274 cases as some of these cases had multiple perpetrator).  309 of these were our own tenants who live in Adactus properties (i.e. …

A plaque has been unveiled on a bungalow to mark completion of the 500th new home to be built by the Adactus Housing Group in Chorley since 2007. Adactus Chief Executive Paul Lees unveiled the plaque on a bungalow in Thirlmere Road, Chorley on Tuesday 19th January 2016. On Wednesday 20th January 2016, a new Adactus500 Scrutiny Panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of fire safety.  Nine tenants came from across the North West to meet together to share their views and agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise.
