Due to the heavy rainfall across the region, our repairs team is currently extremely busy dealing with emergency flooding and roofing repairs.  We aim to deal with repairs as quickly as possible but it may be necessary for some routine external repairs to be delayed until the weather improves.  We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Residents in Openshaw celebrated the end of the summer with a Party in the Park to help encourage community engagement in the area.  Greater Manchester Police, Manchester City Council libraries and Adactus Housing Association worked together to host the event and joined residents to celebrate on the day. Face painting, environmental themed arts and crafts and donkeys from the Elisabeth Svendsen Trust in Abbey Hey were big hits with local residents. When you visit Moss Side Community Allotments (MSCA) and see the volume and variety of the fruits and vegetables produced, it is hard to believe that it was only started in 2011 and even harder to imagine that the site used to be derelict. The allotments were established by a group of enthusiastic residents and supported by Adactus Housing Association and Great Places Housing – to ensure that local people had easy access a variety of attractive, fresh, organic produce. …

On Friday 14 September 2012 we experienced some technical problems with our emergency out-of-hours repair reporting phone service.   The service was restored on Saturday 15 September 2012.  We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Residents at Boyer Court, Maghull, have received grant funding of £2,304 from Adactus Housing Groups’ Neighbourhood Fund after bidding to make improvements to the communal gardens. The funding is to be used for improvements to the garden including garden equipment, hanging baskets, plants, paving, plus much more.
