If you are an Adactus or Beech resident, you may have recently received a letter from Eaga, informing you that you are entitled to receive a free Showersmart device. This letter was not a hoax but it was sent out without our knowledge or permission. As a Group we want to encourage our residents and staff to use natural resources, such as water, carefully. Further coverage on the ongoing success of the over 55’s walking group in Miles Platting.  The local Miles Platting group was the first one to be formed over 17 weeks ago, and following its success other similar groups were introduced across Manchester.  The group led be Adactus Staff and volunteers from the Ramblers Association has continued to grow not only in participant numbers but also in the area covered during their walks.  Members of the Miles Platting group have walked …

Coverage of the successful launch event that took place at the Ayres Road scheme in Old Trafford.  The scheme is a joint venture between Adactus Housing and Arawak Walton.  Staff from both associations joined representatives from the Homes and Communities Agency as well as local Councillor Matthew Colledge and residents to launch the scheme officially.  Following a tree planting on the scheme’s communal garden, staff and visitors met the excited residents and took tours of the scheme.
