Adactus Housing Association

Adactus is the first housing association in the country to make a successful start on site claim under the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) Affordable Homes Programme. The payment has been made on a scheme of 16 two bedroom apartments at Flixton in Trafford, near Manchester.  Practical completion for the scheme is scheduled for January 2013. The Baptist Church on Lee Street, Atherton has benefited from a recent makeover to its kitchen.  The makeover was courtesy of local housing association, Adactus who own Ambergate, the sheltered housing scheme adjacent to the church.
