Equality and diversity policies are not just words in a document. Here at South Office in Manchester, staff have gone one step further in removing barriers to participation for tenants with disabilities. Last year’s neighbourhood fund winners in Cheshire were invited to sit on this year’s resident judges panel. We have published the Adactus Tenants’ Annual Reports for 2010/11, and what a year it was.
