Resident inspectors

Our resident inspectors project is now well underway..

We currently have 11 residents registered as resident inspectors and they have now completed three inspections of our area office receptions, communal areas in schemes and empty properties due to be re-let. From these sessions the inspectors have identified areas for improvement and produced recommendations reports for managers to respond to.
