Adactus recognise that the first impressions of any neighbourhood are important. In order to further improve the services we provide, a programme of regular neighbourhood inspections has been started and is on-going across all our areas. On a regular cycle, your dedicated housing officer will visit your neighbourhood to identify any “grot spots”, outstanding communal repairs as well as any potential health & safety hazards and to meet members of the community.

We are keen to involve local residents in these inspections so that as wide a range of issues and improvement suggestions can be obtained. We are also keen to involve other members of the community such as local police or any other agency who can make an impact for you and your neighbourhood.

If you would like to take part in these inspections or are aware of any other agency who may be interested, please contact your local housing office which will have a schedule of inspection dates for your neighbourhood.

Alternatively if you are unable to attend but would like to make your views known to us please contact your local office and ask to speak to your Housing Officer. Your suggestions will be recorded and built into the regular neighbourhood inspection record that we keep and feedback will be published on an on-going basis.
