Adactus Housing Association Reception Checks August 2008

North Office, Elizabeth Street, Openshaw, Manchester

The Inspectors thought the reception area had improved since their inspections in May.  In particular they felt the reception staff were excellant and there was a good customer feel to the reception area.

leaflets that were clear and easy to understand were available.

The following key recommendations were made:-

Leaflets should be available at lower levels due to the height of the reception desks
Leaflets are now in a carousel

Ensure water is available at all times
This is monitored by regular checks

Erect notice to say that private appointments are available
This notice is now in recepetion
