Resident Inspector Checks on Ready to Let Properties.

The Resident Inspectors visited five ready to let properties accross Adactus HA.  The Inspectors used the Adactus 'Clean Home Standard' and 'Re let Standard' as a minimum measurement for the standard of the properties they inspected.  A copy of these documents are available on request.

The Following recommendations were made:-

West Regional Office:
Ensure that all mail is cleared and re-directed prior to viewing as per 'clean home standard'.
When decorationg poorly decorated empty properties (as per re-let standard) ensure that the walls are magnolia so that it is neutral but viewed as clean.

South Regional Office:
Ensure that communal areas in blocks of flats are clean and well presented for potential tenants.
Ensure that communal repairs are carried out as part of the wider re-let procedure where neccasary.
Ensure that radiators are connected as part of the re-let works.

Miles Platting Office:
Ensure that every property that becomes empty and available for re-let meets the clean home and re-let standard.
